STANDARD STARTER PACKAGES

 

 

 

Thank you for considering Shelley Whitman Associates as your next social media campaign partner. This document provides an overview of what you can expect  if you purchase one of the SWA Standard Social Media Starter Packages.

Tailored Social Media Packages

SWA understands that every business is unique, and we value what sets your company apart. We believe in tailoring our social media packages to meet your specific needs. While customization is essential, here are the basics of what you can expect when working with us. We offer two main versions of the Social Media Standard Starter Package for small and medium-sized businesses, both of which have a base price of $999.50 per term of contract. 

 

 

Package A: Full Media Creation and Management

Package A is usually designed to work in tandem with our Commercial Media Standard Starter Package or any higher-level commercial media creation package you purchase. When the two packages are purchased together they are refered to collectively as the Standard Combined Media Package. The combined package comes with a number of additional free services, described below. However, if you wish to run a social media campaign either with pre-existent commercial media or even without any commerical media, Social Media package A can still succeed as a stand-alone product.  

 

Features of Package A:

  • Four months of social media creation and management across up to five platforms
  • Comprehensive evaluation of your existing social media presence and digital footprint
  • Cross-Platform Digital Media Evaluation report with recommendations
  • Social media-specific filming and videography at intervals to ensure a responsive campaign
  • We take the lead in customer research, page design and setup, engaging content creation, tracked URLs, daily engagement, reputation management, and more
  • The Combined Standard Media Package (Standard Commercial Media Starter Plan + Social Media Package A)  Comes with a $350 credit towards web design and mantience, coverage of standard licence music leasing costs and coverage of standard voice-performance costs. 

 

Package B: Consultancy and Training

Package B is ideal for those who prefer to produce their own media in-house but still require expert guidance and support. We provide consultancy, training, advice, creative input, and technical support.

Features of Package B:

  • Six months of social media management and consultancy
  • Comprehensive evaluation of your existing social media presence and digital footprint
  • Cross-Platform Digital Media Evaluation report with recommendations
  • Assistance in customer research, page design and setup, engaging content creation, tracked URLs, daily engagement, reputation management, and more

Cross-Platform Digital Media Evaluation

We begin both Package A and Package B with a Cross-Platform Digital Media Evaluation. This comprehensive assessment includes analyzing your website, online reviews, previous media campaigns, and existing social media presence. Based on the evaluation and a 30-minute interview, we provide a 2–3-page report with recommendations for improving your online presence and achieving your business’s growth objectives. The report also includes a Google My Business (GMB) listing/NAP analysis for your core website with suggestions to enhance rankings and generate organic site traffic.

The Cross-Platform Digital Media Evaluation report and an outline of our proposed social media campaigns will be provided during our Day Six meeting for Package A clients. Package B clients should note that this package involves consultancy and social media management but does not include direct creation of all social media content.
